General question is the viewing of the war largely a "history from 30k feet above" perspective? Curious if there is any focus on the personal accounts of the combatants.
 
Before departing from Libava the sailors of Rozhdestvensky squadron were blessed in St Nicolas cathedral. I was baptized in that church. That's fun I always considered myself a lucky person.

It's a mixture. There are quotes and passages etc. from individual soldiers/sailors diaries but mostly it's focused on the higher level stuff.

@Yevgeny that is a very nice looking cathedral.

You're welcome. I have a very big library of reference books so I'll do my best to post up as many of them as I can over the next few months. Even the ones that were a bit S**t so people can avoid them.
