I'm genuinely puzzled by your response. I'd say Starmer is doing the opposite; he's using this pseudo-intellectual corporate speech garnished with opaque catchwords that goes above the head of most people.Population gets dumber you dumb it down for them. Read the room well.
Trump would be an example of a politician who dumbs it down for the audience.
What I meant to say is that he's just boring. Even if you agree with what he has to say, you probably don't want to listen to Starmer's speeches. Which could be said about most politicians nowadays, particularly in Europe. Macron and Zelensky are relatively good orators, but other than that? Not even the more popular leaders in these parts are compelling speakers.
