No. Lam Son not relation with restaurant. Lam Son is a palace famous in VietNam. Lam Son use to name big campaigns military in VietNam. In VietNam language, Lam = blue (color) and Son = mountain.
Thanks for clearing that up. I just asked in the restaurant if they can translate it but they couldn't. I know about these operations and that the name has a Vietnamese meaning but had lost what it was. Hence the question.
