You know I was up early and drove the two city blocks to my high school to vote and it was misty rain and hard to see because my eyesight is terrible and glaring lights are a killer. Getting to the message you posted about things usually going in the direction of a specific person party etc, you should have seen the voting machine I was trying to find my way around. Number one Kamala Harris already had a large Green X beside her name. No other boxes were checked. The print is so small I actually had to have someone come in and read the damned entries so I did not waste my vote or time. Even they had a hard time reading the damned entries. My biggest complaint was the entire area that housed the Presidential selection had no lighting behind the text making it damned near unreadable and it had a dark rectangular area out lining the whole section. Something is not right about these machines, it appears they are milking the votes for as many errored votes as possible. Now if it was a problem with the machine someone is responsible for certifying it to be used. If the votes are not manipulated after you enter then I know I got a full RED ticket. If I didn't .... again something is wrong and to see her name already green x ed is a violation for sure. If they can't make the screen readable then it should never be used for a federal election.
file a complaint with your local BOE... back in 2020 I was in the voting area, and a voter asked the poll worker if it was ok to leave some areas on the ballot blank, and the poll worker answered "yes, but you should just vote all Democrat...." a poll worker saying something like this to a voter is clearly ILLEGAL and my complaints to the NCBOE got precisely zero response.... I think I did a bit of research and while the BOE is supposed to be bi partisan or rather "non partisan" I remember finding that the majority of my local BOE are.... drum roll, you guessed it, mostly democrats....
You are absolutely right, that is why I wrote directly to Donald Trumps email for the public, you will get a received on any entry. I first tried the GOP Headquarters online and wrote my complaint but it wouldn't even post. Now something like not posting could be a breech in their security to stop someone like me from complaining !!!. Seeing a big GREEN X for the person I hate most at this time really gave me heart burn after I stood there 5 minutes still unable to find the Republican entries boxes. The entire area was darkened out and I even pulled the screens back to see if it would give more light so I know it was the machine because it was a rectangular area darkened. I am going to write a complaint to the governor also, he is Republican and will pass it on to someone who will actually look into it.
