Stop being funny. Russia has sent a lot of useless equipment purely to persuade Italy into lifting the sanctions.
Do you really think the world is stupid enough not to see your tricks? Poland has been familiar with your tricks for centuries. You simply target the countries that are on the fence. How come JUST Hungary was offered a discounted gas price? Because Russia took it as a potential Russian Trojan horse in Europe.

The biggest single problem with the Russian military imo is the lack of initiative of individual officers to address problems in their immediate AO. All indications are that this has been deliberate policy for many decades. They don't want lieutenants to get ideas of their own, because then colonels and up get to have ideas and those ideas might involve regime change. Just follow the plan, be happy with your cut from the corruption and shut up.
