No marketing was needed. If your a free citizen and love that freedom then why would you not back a nation that was invaded by a bunch of thugs pretending to be an Army. Ukraine has been defending it's territories since these thugs stole their ports hoping to beat them down. Russia has yet to receive what it should receive before this ends. Every free nation in the world will tax Russia to pay for rebuilding the damage they did to Ukraine cities and infrastructure. We simply have no sympathy for what Russia did. They actually thought they would walk in and take over Ukraine. Now they know what a war is really all about.

It's done wonders for western weapons exports though, and horrors for Russian (derivative) stuff. The only reason to buy that junk is if absolutely no one else will sell you anything.

unfortunately there are some that should know better, that do not..... not that I think they are russian shills, simply those that are not really thinking their positions through.... a lot of Americans just do not care about russia or ukraine, and feel that it is a waste of money that is sorely need at home, and at the same time a personal danger to themselves because they perceive russia will escalate to nuclear escalation...

Not one dime of the money spent to help Ukraine would have reached the hands of any American. Not one item in a grocery store would be cheaper. Not a gallon of gas would be cheaper. Everyday I watch local news and of course my news is local Baton Rouge. There will be food and clothing give a ways often and every last car in the long lines is a new SUV or Truck. There are no people that need food in that line, the others probably drove past their old run down homes and waved as they passed them. There is a new class out there taking everything they can that is free and crying about not getting more. I am so happy I don't have to compete with them, probably the worst generation of Americans ever.
