2 is you don’t take them, if Russia calls them up, they get an unwilling body, or they don’t turn up, so resources needed to find them, or they protest/ revolt.

West so far has gone with 2.
or you take in and give asylum to Russian agents, fvck them let them stew in Rusia, they are not again the war but again them being forced to participate personally in it.
