Ukraine must get Western weapons to achieve vastly superiour kill rates towards this cold war era relict. While reducing their own losses.

The armoured fist was still not used you need Western tanks for that.

The Bundeswehr had over 2000 Leo 2s.

Rheinmetall is supposed to be sitting on 80 Leopards (hopefully not 2A4's) waiting to setup/refurbish. Could very well be mistaken, but seem to remember these were not of the Bundeswehr.

For all those wondering what idiots would spend all of their available resources to attack a place with no strategic importance; it's the corrupt greedy kleptocrats calling the shots looking out for their own self-interests.

The problem are not PL-DE relations, but making Poland defenceless. We still have about 180 PT-91s (as 50+ of them were donated to Ukraine) and a number of T-72s. Poland is upgrading Leopard 2A4s to the 2PL standard. The programme is delayed and it has cost a few € bns. We are not Spain or Portugal, but a frontline NATO country and we cannot become defenceless.
I get the point, but would Russia atack Poland? A NATO country? no way, they can't even take a junk from Ukraine not to mention that would be total suicide for them.

Technically true, but completely relying on your allies isn't a plan, but a gamble.

They might not want to risk nuclear war by helping you just like they're being hesitant and holding back now with every arms delivery because of Russian nuclear sabre-rattling.

Russia doesn't have the capacity on attacking another country. And Poland is not Ukraine. And Poland is Nato. Russia wouldn't dare. And if it would it would also mean game over to russia, nuclear or non nuclear.

Germany is in negotiations with Brazil and Qatar to buy back Gepard SPAAG's sold to these countries between 2013 and 2022. In the event of a success, Germany could donate another 50 Gepards to Ukraine. Rumour has it that Brasilia and Doha are offered either money or a replacement in the guise of the Gepard's unofficial successor, the Boxer Skyranger.

Ruzzia will most probably not survive this in its present form.

This is the beginning of the final stage of the show called "The collapse of the Soviet Union"

Coffey advises to not try to change and modernize the Russian society this time but rather exploit the coming weaknesses of the living corpse the RF is.
The only ceasefire Russia deserves is when every Russian in Ukrain territories are dead and the Russian economy collapses their mothers would be sucking Somalian dicks just to get a new passport.

No, they were bought back from the German Army on an agreement that Rheinmetall would resell them to the Army on a bargain price if the chassis were needed for conversions (e.g. for armoured recovery vehicles or bridge layers). That way, the military saves the cost for long-term storage, and they would've to be returned to the manufacturer for conversion anyway. They should be in a decent enough shape.

Well after letting Erich "Darth" Vad spout fifth column nonsense for the umtieth time in the news a good article from NTV: […]
It's an interesting article, but if one truly cares about the state of affairs in Germany one would do well to remember that Rolf Muetzenich isn't Olaf Scholz. He's not even an ally of Scholz, but a rival. The Social Democrats elected a left-leaning majority leader in order to keep Scholz on a leash; his coalition partners are centrist and centre-right, don't forget that.

I'm furious at Scholz for his lack of leadership and I loathe Muetzenich and his misguided cronies, but at the same time it kind of pains me to see foreign media misrepresenting every backbencher's brain fart as official German policy. Germany isn't pulling her weight, but she's not doing nothing. And Berlin's hesitance didn't have to stop e.g. the rest of the alliance from donating fighting vehicles like MBTs and IFVs.

The only difference between, say, Germany and France is that France sells her image better.

What “graph” is this? Poland has donated at least €2bn in military equipment (unofficially much more, as much of that has not been officially confirmed, like the number of PT-91s, BMP-1s, Gvozdikas, Osas, spare parts for MiG-29s, etc.), plus we spent €9bns on refugees and non-military aid. How come the graph doesn’t even show €5bns?

The graph shows bilateral commitments, not domestic spending. Why would the costs incurred by housing refugees be shown here? Many countries have welcomed refugees from Ukraine, regardless of their stance towards that conflict. Heck, almost half a million people even fled to Russia, probably costing Moscow a pretty penny as well. Would you agree with Russia showing up in a list of Ukraine's backers, then? Besides, all countries who signed the convention on refugees took up the task of feeding and housing them anyways; i.e. their efforts are not specific to this war.

OK. I’m assuming the graph includes the RCH-155 howitzers that were promised in 2022, but they are to be delivered in 2025 as well as other promised equipment.

Hello Guys, now that Bradleys are on the way to Ukraine, can anyone tell me the difference between the M2 and M3 variant?
