Australia:

STS Young Endeavor is a 1986 constructed Tall Ship gifted by the British to the Australian Governments.
Its manned by Navy personnel and has a compliment of up to 24 young people as training crew. People under the age of 23 take part in a voyages where they must operate the vessel 24/7 often sailing a large portion of the East coast of Australia.

Canada:
HMCS Harry DeWolf and HMCS Summerside operating off the coast of NS, 2020. As of August 3, Harry DeWolf will be embarking on the first circumnavigation of North America through the Northwest Passage by the Royal Canadian Navy since November, 1954.

The 2nd Escort Group (also known as 2nd Support Group) was formed to assist merchant ships at sea.
They were intended to move from convoy-to-convoy to provide reinforcements and, if opportunity presented itself, brake off to pursue "wolf-packs" following an attack without leaving the convoy vulnerable.
The 2nd Escort group was considered the most successful support group, being credited with the sinking of 22 U-boats.
France:
