In a swift operation, Fast Interceptor Crafts of Indian Navy Head Quarters Southern Naval Command, rescued a man who had fallen from Venduruthy Bridge, Kochi late night 23 July 2022. The Fast Interceptor Craft maintaining patrol in Ernakulam channel immediately carried out search in the area, recovering the man in semi-conscious state

The IAF NETRA Airborne Electronic Warfare & Control (AEW&C) is a specially modified ERJ-145 aircraft fitted with indigenous sensors.

Based on a modified IL 76 airframe, the IL 78 MKI is an IAF aerial refueling platform. Capable of refueling multiple aircraft simultaneously & thus increasing their flying ranges manifold, it plays an important role in improving the strategic reach of IAF.

Indigenous Aircraft Carrier (IAC) ‘Vikrant’ delivered to Indian Navy by CSL Cochin following extensive user acceptance trials.

INS Tarkash commences next leg of Indian Navy's Long Range Overseas Deployment 2022 - enters the Atlantic Ocean. Participated in a Maritime Partnership Exercise with Royal Moroccan Navy Ship Hassan II, a Floreal Class Corvette on 26 Jul 22.

The first tranche of MH 60R helos were received by Indian Navy at Kochi Airport with the traditional welcome ceremony. Delivered by US Air Force Special Air Assignment Mission Flight, these add to the 3 delivered earlier in Jun 21 in United States.

INS Tarkash undertook MPX with Spanish Navy Ship Infanta Cristina, a Descubierta class Patrol Ship, off Port Valencia Spain. Exercises undertaken including Visit Board Search & Seizure ops, approaches for replenishment at sea & flying ops.

Indian Navy's mission-deployed frigate INS Teg is in the Persian Gulf ensuring critical lines of trade remain open & secure.
