- 14 GBU-57s dropped onto two facilities, Fordow and Isfahan;
- Upwards of 125 aircraft involved including fighter escort;
- The escorting fighters took out remaining air defences;
- Those didn't fire at aircraft at all which the EU cucks no doubt think is a war crime;
- For a total of 75 precision weapons used including 24 TLAMs. The remaining will likely have been HARM, JASSM or, if AD really not doing anything, JDAM/SDB.

This means that unless 8 were dropped at Isfahan or Osint are overlooking a small hole or two several MOPs went into the same hole.

I'd imagine the iranians were pretty hard of hearing, Trump says zero, they say 55% enrichment, lets meet again in a month.

I think we can say Trump does not have massive patience.

Just need to see how that applies to Ukr.
Trump said 20%. Which is civilian use. But to make sure Trump wanted US inspectors, which would have made their military plans impossible to conceal.

All porn references aside, pretty sure dropping a bunker buster into the same hole increases the depth of damage [without bruising her cervix]. I think they used a ventilation shaft just like Maverick used in the movie xcept no one flew an old F-14 Tomcat back to the boat.

They'd need to pretty much hit on top of one another and that's impossible!" -"Experts"

For reference, the smallest side of the building north of the impacts is about 30m.

It also seems they all hit on top of some tunnels, blowing up the roof of one.

Another interesting thing is the entry of the complex is at about 900m, while the top of the mountain goes from 964 to 968m.

Another interesting thing (so many interesting things!! :o) is the traces left by the impacts.

The craters are clearly visible, sure, but you can also see the ground displacement.

Considering it is on a mountain side, I wonder how much of it is due to terrain sliding, and how much of it is actual ejecta.

to be fair, these pose very little threat to Israeli aircraft, but would be useful internally to the Iranian Government, if a revolt gets going.

I wonder if they dropped 3, so blast underground goes one way, then 2 seconds later dropped the other 3, blast goes back the other way, or all 6 at once. Anyway whatever was down there is no longer there. or usable. Iranian Tax payers should be very upset with their government.

A B2 being able to carry 2 MOPs at once, I suppose the hits came 2 by 2 one plane after another.
Or perhaps simultaneously... I suppose the shockwave could probably disturb the final trajectory (though the speed and weight of the MOP probably insures a modicum of stability in its approach), but I don't how much time elapsed between impact and explosion.

No idea if each plane targeted the northern and southern sides of the mountain, or if one B2 per sides and then one B2 tasked with hitting both.

No idea.

Or it could be material sliding down into the voids below.

Well worth a watch. Both 4th and 5th gen fighters were protecting the B2s.

Or maybe could be used to intercept Israeli drones? I mean without any functional aircraft and any kind of air defense Israel can fly the whole MALE array over Iran day and night, like in Lebanon and Syria...

The weapons are designed to be dropped from 50,000 ft. One projectile each on both targets for each bomber seems more logical if you're concerned about the shockwave. Though the sheer kinetic impact would create a shockwave neither that nor the explosion should pose any problem since the weapons were probably used in the same way as the 2000 lb bunker busters used in Lebanon, an article on which was linked here yesterday. Varying impact times by 15 seconds would negate any problems with shockwaves.

Nobody played anybody, it's all much more prosaic.
Trump has been saying for ages that Iran can't have nukes.
Bibi has been saying for ages that Iran can't have nukes.
Now you have perfect star alignment:
1. Both men in power (second Trump term, so little F***s in general).
2. All potential vectors of retaliation either severely compromised or completely neutralized - Hezbollah (by the far the biggest one), Syria, Houthis and Iraq militias.
3. Israel took on itself the initial and the harshest brunt of Iranian retaliation, whilst neutralizing it's air defenses and paving the way for Americans. Thus leaving to Americans the relatively easy part of the job - minimal risk, minimal involvement, minimal political fallout.
That is all.
I'd say this with all due respect. Just because highly trained professionals make it look easy, doesn't mean it is easy.

Down into the hole?

Sure, there can be some. And since it is on the side of a mountain, there will be material sliding down from the top down into the impact holes. Which is most likely to happen.

The bomb hits the ground and burrows and then explodes.
The entry point will present the usual characteristics of a regular impact-crater.
The burrowing, I can only assume that part, will probably look like a chimney of some sort.
The explosion depth will likely be shaped like an ovoid and smoothing the chimney.

Kind of like a trumpet I guess.
