Footage from "overcrowded" hospitals "near the point of collapse" shows loads of people being brought in covered in bandages. Fortunately they had been told they would be on camera so they had time to put on clean clothes in between bleeding to death and dodging Jew bombs on the way to the hospital. Completely absent were trivial things like blood and dust.
Of course the government news broadcaster didn't question this but went all in on the sob story.
