Japan has axed her plans to build land-based ballistic missile defence systems in favour of two new Aegis-equipped destroyers. That's the weirdest objection I've ever heard. What would you rather happened to your property – the off-chance of it getting damaged by debris, or you and your entire neighbourhood going up in a plume of smoke 'cause "rocket man" finally did it and pushed the red button?
