Kamala audibly laughing everytime she's asked about Afghanistan is a nervous reaction, she knows she's in deep S**t. And her laughter is a response akin to fight-or-flight, with a realization that she has absolutely no idea how to handle the situation.

Or maybe it's because she simply doesn't care because she knows her party and the media will spin it to shield her and for the fallout to only affect Biden.

If the Taliban gains any advantage by having ISIS bombed the year round than that is simply an unfortunate side effect of the liberal effect of exterminating agent on another group of douchebags.

ISIS is known to be strong in certain areas of the country where the Taliban presence is limited. Under any other US president I would expect any known locations to be hit by TLAM, B-52 and B-1 strikes within 24 hrs of the attacks, but as it's Biden nothing will happen except a speech condemning it on humanitarian grounds when they manage to keep him awake and somewhat lucid for more than 30 minutes straight during the next few days.
