MAZ 545A pulling a BTT-1 armored recovery vehicle. The MAZ 545A was a prototype tractor based on the famous 537. It had a ballast bed on the back to help with grip, and pulled trailers rated for up to 83 tons. Power came from a 650 hp V-38 V12, a derivative of the engine used in the T-34.
