Turkey didn't joined operations. I told in previous messages there is huge Turkic population in Afganistan. We can't risk them also we host the peace talks etc. Also Turkish airlines running airport for more than 6 year's. Turkey wants to be first mover to make deals with Taliban. 2.3 billion investment on airport etc we are not so rich like US to waste this stuff. Also Taliban can't rule further without cooperating with Pakistan and Turkic countries.

Russia should send some small unit as well. Minesweepers maybe. If Afghan government allowed. Would be a good political move... ?

Yeah right.
Imagine the popularity of such move at home...
Syria operation was already meme-ed to be a second Afghanistan, luckily that bullet was dodged.
Nobody is going to tolerate Russian involvement in Afghanistan that is more out of control than it had ever been.
It's China's turn. (or somebody else's)

It's staggering how humiliating US' military defeat and subsequent withdrawal has been. This should be a lesson to anyone allied with the West and especially the Americans, who have a long history of abondaning their friends and allies at the end of the road.

After history repeat itself, it's time to think what the US and allies are doing wrong in war.

This guy, an American that was in the 82nd airborne, has written a book about it, has an ideia.
