Actually in 1984 China purchased 24 civilian version of the Blackhawk helicopters from Sikorsky. Fast Forward to 2019 and China does have a S-70 clone. Gee what a shock!

Isn't this the HQ-17A?HQ-17 firing (TOR M1 clone?)
I remember reading on another forum (can't recall where at the moment) that the PLA GF was not that satisfied with the Tor chassis. That said, there have been quite a few images of the PLA GF Amphib CA Hvy BDE receiving the the HQ-17 when they trade in old ZTZ-63A for the newer ZTZ-05.
