Gentlemen, not to argue, but I thought it was a scrap metal workshop or a scrapyard rather than a museum, what a sad fate that piece of history has had
This is the fate of all museums in war, and I think this MiG-17 is in relatively good condition, given the conditions.
By comparison, the Somali and Afghan aircrafts after the US intervention were in far worse conditions.
Take a look at these jets hat served as a swing or shooting range for the US soldiers.

You are right my friend @F.L. , definitely everywhere there are those who do not appreciate history or its elements, and then they were scandalized by the destruction of the statues...they are pieces of history, no matter the era, they must be respected and preserved.

Iran's air force is 95%+ clapped out old relics of the 1970's and 80's. Unlike Saudi Arabia they can't afford to give away their remaining F-5s.

Possible?

But I would think more likely it is a Saudi supplied F5 from way back in day that was once piloted/maintained by Taiwanese.
The Taiwanese play in all possible scenarios seeking support for their cause, the bad thing is coincidentally that, ALL possible scenarios...

Republic of Yemen Armed Forces are Houti gov or old Yemen gov?
