Isn't this the HQ-17A?
I remember reading on another forum (can't recall where at the moment) that the PLA GF was not that satisfied with the Tor chassis. That said, there have been quite a few images of the PLA GF Amphib CA Hvy BDE receiving the the HQ-17 when they trade in old ZTZ-63A for the newer ZTZ-05.
This is seemingly minor, but if the source is right, it's actually pretty interesting. These images show a PLAGF Type 96, unloading from a PLAN LCAC that is piloted by the PLAMC
