People pushing in favor of transitioning are usually people who didn't go through transition (basically playing dress-up) or people not planning to go through transition. But encouraging and facilitating such procedures for others.
It is your choice, though we strongly encourage you to do. But it is still your choice. Do it do it do it do it. We are not forcing you to do anything. But just so you know, it you can do it. We will help you. We would think it would be in fact great if you went through these procedures. Not forcing you. But do it.

Its interesting how Musk doesn't operate in the west coast woke money lottery program.
Remote flexible work hours with less work days per week plus freebies supported a happier more productive workforce according to the west coast corporations whom view the non human automated horizon and to get that without a revolt the plan is to make society lazy, prefer not to work and pacify them with money they did not earn so they don't question it.
So Musk the same guy who warned us about automation turned out to be the very devil we should be afraid of.. boom fired half of twitters work force, he has true dutch South African penny counter blood in his veins without any of the benevolent generosity.
If you still have a job...San Fransisco Twitter employees no longer get free lunch costed at $400, no remote work must work 40hrs per week on the premises, fat cutting redundancy and fired for talking back to the boss by email.
The remaining employees will perform their useful work duty until a day upon termination and replacement by autonomous drones

Well... yes and no.
I don't see the problem with people accepting who they are and embracing it, and there shouldn't be any issue in society regarding the acceptance of differences.
That being said, there are limits just like everything in a functioning society. "You are free to do what you want as long as it does not affect others" for instance; or as long as you are not trying to push your views on others; or as long as this "difference of yours" is not making a threat to society, yourself and others.
Unfortunately, many of those who go through extensive reconstructive surgeries, in order to have their physical appearance match their conception of who they are, are people with profound mental issues. They are living in a fantasy world, full of delusions, outside of reality, and they are cheered for that; they are encouraged.
Well, sure, being different is nice. Being able to express these differences is nice. But they have to keep in mind not to ignore reality, because sooner or later reality will kick in and the longer they wait the harder the kick.

I think it’s similar on suicide, probably assisted death, etc.
There has always been weirdos, attention seekers, ‘artists’ etc.
Also always been manly girls, and feminine men.
U.K. NHS has recognised that kids wanting to change their bits, are probably troubled/need help/will grow out of it.
There is no gain in trying to outlaw such change, for 18+, but it shouldn’t be publicly funded, charities can help, if they want.
