There are some rare genetic instances (used to call them disorders) or syndromes where a person can present as a female but have X and Y chromosomes. I remember reading about this a long time ago. The person can have a full set of female genitalia, but non functional ovaries. Perhaps this person is one of them. However, the two syndromes I just read about now specifically state that the person will look female in appearance. I’m only mentioning this because that Algerian boxer “don’t look quite right” to me.
