This news made it to Germany: "Utah school district bans The Bible".
Yesterday, the Davis County school district in Utah banned The Bible from grammar and middle schools effective due immediately. A group of parents had urged this move citing the indecent and violent content of the Bible. It contains "incest, masturbating, sexual acts with animals, prostitution, genital mutilation, oral intercourse, dildos rape and even child murder."
The school district based its decision on a 2022 Utah law that enables schools to ban books with prnographic or obscene content from the curriculum.
