June 4th, 2019 was a bad day for Ukrainian forces with 3 KIA and 3 wounded. Names are not published yet. 2 of the soldiers killed were from 17th Armored brigade whose delivery truck was hit by a Russian ATGM team.

Yep, in one week more KIA than during the whole previous month. Could have been worse if not for the heroic efforts of medevac crews, meicas of all levels, and commanders in the filed who immediately authorized return fire with "in kind" artillery and mortar batteries. Very strange escalation on the Russian part especially since the newly elected President was (and perhaps still is) ready for de facto one sided concessions.

Vitaliy Malozovenko, forever 24. Call sign "Mechanic" 34th Battalion 57th Infantry Brigade was killed by an anti-personnel mine on June 13th, 2019
