My guess is, you will no longer hear about when, what or how many. Time to play it a little smarter.
For weapon systems already out there this works. It also works for anything with a level of plausible deniability. Obviously works for black budget cash.

It doesn't work for high visibility items like a new air defense system.

i distinctly remember some members here criticizing biden for purposefully trickling arms to Ukraine to bleed Russia, not giving enough in a cynical geopolitics way.
Isn't this the same approach, even more so.

An episode of combat operations of the Russian SAM "Pantsir-S1" in the Donetsk area. In the video, the air defense "Pantsir-S1" shoots down Ukrainian cruise missiles Storm Shadow, possibly SCALP-EG, of Anglo-French production. The video was filmed by local residents.

Residential areas in a 10km radius of any Pantsir can breathe a sigh of relief.

Then, I quote from what was said in the pub:
" He gave Putin half a year to gather strength, while Moscow was pulling the strings of the orange head, and now we're here, Putin doesn't give a S**t what Trump is saying"

Germany's BND and the Netherlands' AIVD issued a joint statement today saying that Russia has begun to systematically violate the Chemical Weapons Convention. Their report notes that Russian forces now habitually deploy Chloropicrin against Ukrainian soldiers, a potentially deadly pulmonary agent. (Source)

I see no connection. There is no reason to announce to the world what Ukraine gets, when it gets it or how many of what it gets. Keep it quiet.

Not knowing what Trumps plan is, doesn't mean the 2 situations are the same, under Biden it was clearly the only policy, no talks, nothing, ship some weapons, let Ukr bleed a bit, while bleeding Russia a lot more.

Right now, we dont know what Trump is doing. But his recent actions, over Iran, and to Israel as well(Bring back those planes!) suggests we shouldn't assume no public explanation = no action, or intent.

So it is or was easy 2 months ago, to say he does nothing, on anything, clearly he does do stuff, and can be decisive.

I cant see his actions on Iran making life better for Putin.

I think I posted a few months ago, Trump is trying the nice carrot, at some point he may go to the stick, first stick will be sanctions on Russian customers, inc China. Second stick 300 abrams, 1000 himars etc. Given Trumps actions, that could come this weekend if he has a bad game, or doesn't get enough column inches for the budget thing. Then we will see him loading ships while shouting 'call me vlad, before its too late'.

Right, we don't know what Trump is doing, but he's never doing nothing. I ignore what the leftist press has to say. They have one goal, undermine the current administration in anyway possible and depend on their useful idiots, (some here), to propagate their BS.

It's obvious Trump is definitely not happy with Putin. Not happy with the whole situation. He seems pretty pissed actually. What that means, I can't say. He signs the BBB into law a 5 PM local time, which has required an extraordinary focus domestically.

I'll say this though. At heart, Trump is a deal maker. If a deal maker feels the person he's is negotiating with has no interest in a deal, then that's that for them.

I'd be interested to see how many of these guys end up defecting.

If I was russian, and captured, I'd beg the ukrainians to say i was dead.
Brutal reality, case by case basis.

A conscript grunt, no.

A trained drone operator, logistics officer, or pilot - maybe. Maybe you just don't report them as captured.

Trump has no idea what he is doing, he just wants to be the center of attention.

Yes, he’s very stupid. Unbelievable that he’s is successful at everything he does and is now the most powerful individual in the history of mankind. Must be just lucky, I guess.

If I were you, I’d put some energy into getting your own leaders to do what you think is right. But that’s probably not easy.

Happy Independence Day to those who celebrate. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

He is great at US politics. Show me one regime that was changed by nice? You just cellebrated a war that changed the US.
