Nabiullina is apparently in hospital the Kremlin wishes her well.

It's so difficult to get competent staff these days. Even the assassins have been sent to the front?

Hard to keep up with the caliber on these Bradley's , but here is a two year old report on the new 50mm that has twice the range of this Bradley shown in the video. I can only imagine what it was like inside that T-90 Turret, probably a lot of hot metal bouncing around. I think the gun in this battle was 20 or 25 mm AP. This new 50mm was under testing and a few installed, I wonder if two of those were put in a combat test to see how they perform. And why were the Tows not used ?

I doubt that the U.S. would have allowed the XM913 into Ukraine. Multiple hits by a 25MM at close range could do some serious damage. As far as not using the TOWs they may have already expended their missiles.

The 50mm is destined for the eventual Bradley successor, but other than cost, I see no reason why they couldn't re-equip a few hundred Bradleys with it since I've no confidence the NGCV (Bradley successor) will appear anytime before the early 2030s.

The minimum engagement distance of the TOW-2B is 200m. I doubt that any of the three vehicles were that far from each other at any point while having LOS. Not wanting to become a stationary (required for the TOW) target for a 125mm gun would be a bigger priority concern for me.

From the article: The last exercises of a similar size were Reforger - during the Cold War in 1988 with 125,000

Wow, if that is accurate then this is an exercise that NATO can learn from.

And this just in from the Clickbaiting and Panic inducing Central Committee.
"Is NATO Mobilizing 90,000 Troops for War With Russia? What to Know"

Wow Newsweek, just wow.

Russia is China's most important crude oil supplier

Russia has risen to become China's most important crude oil supplier in 2023 despite sanctions. According to Chinese customs data, Russia supplied a record 107.02 million tons of crude oil to China last year, equivalent to 2.14 million barrels per day - far more than other major oil exporters such as Saudi Arabia and Iraq.

Chinese refineries use middlemen to handle the transportation and insurance of Russian crude oil to avoid violating Western sanctions. Buyers are also using the waters off Malaysia as a transshipment point for sanctioned cargoes from Iran and Venezuela. Imports labeled as originating from Malaysia increased by 53.7 percent last year.
