I think the country they are looking for is China.

However, it's never wise to compromise your own security, not even for Ukraine. Ukraine will win this one, they don't need the entire world wide arsenal for that.

We see Russia's combat power decrease on a daily basis, just going by all the video (spam) on this thread alone. It's not like Ukraine is on the verge of collapsing.

True but there is also the moral aspect of civilian deaths with Russia specifically targeting non-military targets.
