And its still very benevolent regarding what Russia is doing to Ukraine.

The restrictive measures do not target Russian society. That is why areas such as food, agriculture, health and pharma are excluded from the imposed restrictive measures.

well, trying to starve Russia or cut medical supplies would make you no better than the aggressor, so that's out of the question for me.

Berlin plans to transfer to Ukraine additional Gepard anti-aircraft self-propelled guns. The items are listed on the German government’s website. The list is updated weekly.

This time, 7 Gepard SPAAGs appeared in the planned deliveries.

German journalists wrote about the transfer of these weapons systems the day before. Deutsche Welle was told that Gepard systems could be transferred from Krauss-Maffei Wegmann stock or from Qatar, where they protect World Cup stadiums from possible aerial terror attacks.

Ukraine currently received 30 Gepard SPAAGs from Germany. However, the supply of ammunition for them is limited, since Switzerland, which is an ammunition manufacturer, refused to issue permission to transfer them to Ukraine.

It’s worth noting that Rheinmetall, after acquiring Spanish ammunition manufacturer Expo Systems SA, plans to establish the production of 35mm ammunition for Gepard anti-aircraft guns in Spain.

In the list of transferred assistance received from Germany there are also bridge-laying tanks and spare parts for Мі-24 helicopters:

  • 3 Biber bridge-laying tanks
  • 10 unmanned surface vessels (previously: 2)
  • 65 border protection vehicles (previously: 53)
  • 14 000 sleeping bags (previously: 10 thousand)
  • Mi-24 spare parts
  • 30 ambulances
Recall that in the summer 2022, the German government reported plans to transfer 16 Biber Bridge-Laying Tanks to Ukraine. It is an engineering and combat vehicle that carries and deploys a bridge at river crossings, anti-tank ditches and other obstacles.

Just mentioning it. We are by far not at the end.

What about the medical supplies and devices used to treat the wounded aggressor soldiers?

Massive orders for German pharmaceuticals from Russia.

No. You cant order stuff from peaceful neighbours, when you are at war in some way with their system of how the world works. Tough I know, and others may disagree, but Russia has no right to expect delivery of western products of any sort. How do we know some of these drugs dont end up in Putin? I know it means the poorer people will be the ones without.

Same rules as the Afghans 'finding out' the stone age isnt fun. Sorry they basically voted for this.

Exactly. Thats why I brought up this "benevolent" behaviour in regard to sanctions. When people mention they don't work.

Its surely ending up on wounded soldiers. Russia doesn't have capacities to treat its populace adequately.

E.g. not enough insuline and lots of things are manufactured by Western companies in Russia.

Want to kill us and nuke us? Get your own medicines and devices.

They can still ask the Taliban for Heroin though...
