Ex Ekatha-23 commenced on 04 Jun & saw intense Training in Asymmetric Warfare, Diving & Unarmed Combat between Indian Navy’s MARCOS Divers & MNDF Official.
The triservice marching contingent which was earlier flown to France in IAF C-17 aircraft includes 68 Air Warriors. Together they will march in unison along the 'Avenues des Champs Elysée'. The IAF contingent will be led by Sqn Ldr Sindhu Reddy.
In a swift and successful operations today evening, IAF ALH Mk III helicopter resued two injured civilian mountaineers in the nick of time from Thajwas Glacier, one of whom had suffered multiple fractures, hypothermia and other injuries.
Lt Gen MV Suchindra Kumar VCOAS visited the forward areas of Leh & Ladakh. He interacted with the soldiers deployed at the inhospitable terrain & commended them for their steadfastness & professionalism. VCOAS was also briefed on the operational & logistics aspects at HQ.

Indian Navy's indigenously designed & built Guided Missile Destroyer INS Chennai is in BrestFr France to participate in Bastille Day celebrations while Indian Tri Service Contingent is participating in the Bastille Day Parade where Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi is Guest of Honour.

The 7th edition of Japan India Maritime Exercise 2023 (JIMEX 23) hosted by the Indian Navy concluded in the Bay of Bengal with the two sides bidding farewell to each other with a customary steampast.

INS Sunayna is in Port Victoria Seychelles to participate in Combined Maritime Forces led Operation Southern Readiness 2023. Indian Navy's participation demonstrates its Interoperability with regional Navies & consolidation as preferred security partner in IOR.
INS Trishul visited Port Dar-es-Salam from 07 to 08 Jul. On departure, the ship undertook Joint EEZ surveillance with Tanzanian Navy and participated in a Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPX) with TNS Fatundu and Pengusi, which included VERTREP, Manoeuvres, VBSS and steam past.
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Franco-Indian strategic partnership, India is the guest of honor at the parade on July 14, 2023. 240 Indian soldiers will tread the cobblestones of the Champs-Élysées, while 3 Rafale de l' IAF will fly over the avenue.
