Question? Help with uniform, silverware and such

Hey guys. My father in law was an e2 boatswain during Vietnam on the DD-805 USS Chevalier. I’m trying to collect his patches, challenge coins, uniform and such but having a hell of a time. The 214 only gives me so much info and the internet is a cluster of conflicting info. I want to get this right and its a surprise so can’t ask him. Please help me. Thank you
