It sounds almost identical to the pact that the Trump administration was working on with Saudi - recognition of Israel, security guarantees vs. Iran and so forth.

Except during that time the Trump administration was actively pushing it where as it appears like Israel and Saudi Arabia are now working on it themselves with Biden & co not being involved nearly as much when they're not trying to hinder it.
