theres no strategy... the idf told the gazans to gtfo and move away... they didnt listen..... now every single thing the idf see will be considered as hostile presence in wherever area they are positioned.

ah... well from the look of the video.... the turret was positioned on the opposite side of the car... i would say it took them some time to rotate the turret

I feel pretty sure the troops have been instructed to avoid civilian casualty unless they are under fire. It is the same in every army except Russia. The Israeli Tanks have full 360 degree visual seeing directly thru the armor real time thanks to a lot of nice electronic computerized gear.
