Sad thing is, it’s true. Iran spent billions, and got a bureaucracy, plus bullshitters, and hard men in Lebanon etc, who melted on contact with Israel.

With the Iran situation, there hasn't really been a chance to talk about this. Everyday since the GHF became a thing there's been massacre after so called massacre and the only sources are "local journalists", "Gaza health ministry", and "Gaza civil defence" which as anyone who isn't brainwashed by Palestinianism knows is all Hamas. Not once have we ever seen any video of these incidents, despite the fact that literally everyone in Gaza seems to have a working mobile in hand at all times. Funny...

He served in Sayeret Matkal, so there is no way of knowing whether or not he ever has been to Iran
Considering what that unit does the only certainty is that it would be better for Iran if he hasn't.

Talking to my friend again about options to deal with Fordow:
1) IAF slowly chips away at the mountain for weeks with regular munitions maintaining air dominance until the facility is exposed, then using bunker busters on the complex itself. Slow but possible, though probably unrealistic.
2) Destroying the mountain with multiple tactical nukes, then using bunker busters on the facility as above. Highly effective but using nukes would cause a global diplomatic shitstorm and raise questions about Israel's nuclear capabilities (would clearly remove the decades long ambiguity).
3) A special forces ground operation. Extremely high risk for many obvious reasons.
4) Some kind of Mossad wild card (unlikely).
5) US joins the party and uses a B2 to drop multiple GBUs on the mountain causing the entire thing to collapse and implode.

Remember when they took out terrorist leaders in Gaza and Lebanon?
In both cases approximately a dozen 2,000 lb bunker busters were used to crack bunkers at a depth of like 10m. Even then after the first attack the US sent an emergency shipment of additional bombs as Israel was reportedly running low on them.
And then there's the amount needed to break through a mountain to a depth 4 or 5 times as deep, through higher quality construction with security layers (and as the facilities are spread out likely several mountains worth).
