More than 20 military targets attacked by 60 fighter jets: IDF completes another wave of strikes in Tehran area against sites of Iranian regime's nuclear weapons project and missile production sites

60 Air Force fighter jets, under precise intelligence guidance from the Intelligence Branch, completed a wave of strikes on more than 20 military targets in Tehran in recent hours.

As part of the extensive effort to damage Iran's nuclear weapons project, the fighter jets attacked weapons production sites, centrifuge production sites, and research and development sites for the Iranian regime's nuclear weapons project.

These sites are intended to allow the Iranian regime to expand the scope and rate of its uranium enrichment for nuclear weapons.
The Iranian regime enriches uranium far beyond the amount required for civilian use, with an emphasis on enrichment to high levels.

The Iranian regime has taken advantage of the large territory of the State of Iran and widely spread the nuclear production sites in Iran, in order to maintain the functional continuity of the nuclear weapons development industry.

The Intelligence Branch has collected information about the Iranian regime's manufacturing industry for years, and as part of the latest wave of attacks, factories for the production of raw materials and components for assembling missiles and sites for the production of Iranian air defense systems were attacked.

These factories produce missiles that the Iranian regime launches towards the State of Israel.

The IDF will continue to act to damage the Iranian regime's nuclear weapons program and missile program, in order to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.
