The final button press is the human in the loop, but the scanning and prioritizing process are automated (for missile launches anyway, for Phalanx/Goalkeeper it's automatic because a human is too slow and the target too close).

Shouldn't this actually be ruled out by the IFF transponder?
They can fail.

Or wrong code

Or someone in the cockpit turned it off….

If the ships were expecting a response to the air strikes, they may not be keen on checking out any ufo..

Mossad and I think alike 😏
If you want to stop the Houthis from launching ballistic missiles you have to completely destroy the Iranian armaments industry. The Houthis are merely an expendable puppet and the Iranians will only stop when the retaliation is crippling their own country.

Yeah, that's utter BS though.

Sparta did suffer technical issues at some point when it was near... Brittany.

https://www.rfi.fr/fr/europe/20241220-la-mésaventure-du-cargo-russe-sparta-au-large-de-la-bretagne-france?utm_slink=go.rfi.fr%2FcPv&utm_term=RFI&utm_campaign=twitter&utm_source=nonli&utm_medium=social

From RFI the ship was already on its route again by the time GUR released the graphic.

So, why is it BS you posted, again, without thinking twice, as usual? Because GUR are morons who are too stupid to properly identify anything and, like the morons they are, mixed up the ships.

An you, unsurprisingly, cannot be bothered to check all of the BS you copy-paste from reddit.

Sparta is be fine.
Ursa Major, formerly Sparta III, which went ahead of Sparta is waiting for Sparta to catch up.

But heh, if GUR say it, so must be true. SLAVA UKRAINI
