What people often misunderstand about the Hamas financing, is that there is simply no way to separate the aid to the Palestinian civilians from the actual Hamas financing. Every single dollar/shekel entering Gaza is eventually is going to be taxed in one way or another by Hamas to finance whatever their "resistance".
