Russian lesson for beginners.
The fact that Israel has launched the offensive in Khan Yunis in recent days, and with full force, is, among other things, a strong message to Western European politicians, and especially to the Washington leadership, which is only concerned about its own imagined interests and does not dare and does not want to use its power. It is not known whether this move was motivated by the Israeli hubris of the Israeli premier, who is trying to escape, but it seems that he has learned the lesson of Ukraine: the current Western elite, unable to stand by its principles and its own interests, will give in to a few tens of thousands of extremists on the streets, from whatever side.
The fact that Middle Eastern countries threaten Israel with serious consequences in every armed conflict is one thing, it's part of the show.

In parallel with the first phase of the Gaza operation, the White House imposed conditions that would have made it impossible for Israel to achieve any result on the battlefield that could not be interpreted as a victory for Hamas and other terrorist organisations and their supporters around the world.
The answer was to accelerate Israeli operations, all-in-all.
