^^^The dudes are HRT who are clearly using Crye AirFrame helmets insead of ops-core Sentry ones issued by regular FBI SWAT and of course their GPNVG-18 nvgs screaming that they are HRT.

A nice pic to compare differences btw units, the ones with the ops-core Sentry helmets in Foliage Green at the left are regular FBI SWAT while the others are HRT, also notice the bearded dude walking the radio has Crye G3 MultiCam combat shirt with OD green tencel torso unlike the regular ones which was customly built for the special request of HRT.

Thanks DENO for that insightful information Prior to this I didn't know that the simple way to differentiate the two is by identifying their helmet.

Hmm I've never heard of the COT before. I'm familiar with BOPE though.

From what I understand it's a small designated counter terror unit that also performs minor tasks such as drug busts etc. Apparently they trained alongside BOPE for some time until constructing their own training facilities, that immitate favelas.

Romanian Anti-terrorist Brigade, the country main unit dedicated to anti/counter-terrorist actions, belonging to Romanian Intelligence Service.
It have an interesting story, being formed in late 1970's and being modeled after German GSG 9 unit, with some added autochtonous inspired elements. Even if theoretically communist at that time, Romania had some clear anti-soviet politics and was collaborating with the west as well. Officers from the unit were send to an experience exchange in Germany (Federal, west Germany) and I think the commander of GSG 9 was also coming in Romania to help with the formation of the unit

Recent drug bust in Tbilisi. Detainees were reportedly Chechens. There are no further details yet, but involvement of the SSG may suggest that there is more to it. Unit 217, frequently called Duvdevan is a mista'arvim (counter-terrorism) unit within the Israel Defense Forces, part of the Commando Brigade.
Duvdevan are noted for undercover operations in urban areas, during which they often wear Arab civilian clothes as a disguise. They are also known to be trained in human and mechanical counter-surveillance. Unlike other special forces units, they can operate independently in more than one place at a time. The unit performs many high-risk and complicated operations, including targeted killing, kidnappings, and a range of other undercover operations in Arab areas, many of which are classified
