Hmm I've never heard of the COT before. I'm familiar with BOPE though.

Yes. BOPE is the Elite squad (like the S.W.A.T) of Military Police (state gendarmerie) of Rio de Janeiro State. (The COT is a tactical federal special force.)

Here, in Brazil, we have another special forces of the (states) military police

More pics of Ukrainian SBU Alfa. This is the unit that I've literally sponsored over a number of years. Although, I can no longer continue to do so, I have to say that I did a pretty bang up job for a private individual (modesty is NOT my middle name ) The guys look really really good right now especially if compared to other teams from "Alfa" to say nothing of any unit of Ukrainian armed forces. Most of the accessories and combat gear over the years have been supplied by yours truly.
