Nui Dat, South Vietnam. 1968-08-30. Sapper Trevor Campbell of Beenleigh, Qld, works on one of the rock crushing machine in the quarry at Nui Dat. The quarry, worked by members of the 1st Field Squadron, Royal Australian Engineers (RAE), yields more than 23,000 cubic yards of blue metal each month for use around the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) Base.
