The world has an abundance of losers today. It will get absolutely unbearable one day and all hell is going to break out all over the free world. We are losing our cultures and being overran by people who just want the money and they don't give a damned about learning any host culture or language. To start leaders should be forced to follow our laws first, without that there might as well be no laws at all.

To be fair some of the thought processes exhibited by those supposedly in 'leadership' roles is nothing short of a proto-amoebic. I look forward to see how they eventually formulate a well-defined and equitable bit of legislation that stands up to scrutiny and doesn't run counter to existing anti-discriminatory statutes.

Original law was created in 1986.
Still not allowed to use abusive or threatening language though.

But rapists are set free?
I'm not commenting on the length of sentence, which was seemingly given as a detterent, but that he was not jailed for waving an England flag and he admitted the offenses.
