Yes, most likely, the Su-57 deal is for the Algerian Air Force, and the announcement of its export is merely a confirmation of the contract that was previously concluded... Local and International reports including Russian ,and the US Congress report, indicated that Algeria signed a deal to purchase the Su-57 in 2022 , this is also confirmed by the repeated visits between the Algerian and Russian delegations, which were headed by Dmitry Shugaev, Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of the Russian Federation, and included Yuri Slyusar, Executive Director of the Russian United Aircraft Corporation.
