Photos Afghan Armed Forces (Prior to 2021)

A long video of the chaos for 2 weeks during the evacuation @ the Kabul Airport. Shot by a US Marine unauthorized to post it publically. The US Command doesn't want the world to see the disorganization the US went thru trying to get most of their citizens out to safety before the fall of Kabul. Posted to my utube, not sure how long it will stay up.

As I said previously, even with an incompetent President, SecDef, CJCS, Dept of State, these young infantryman, were put into the breech to save the day and pressed into service as police officers, Customs Officers, first responders and ambassadors and did their jobs remarkably. They are the best of America, they are what makes America great.

Will this plan still work after the change of the flag?

Nope.

From A to Z. Including my views on Trump (not the first time you would have done that now, wouldn't you?).

Basically providing an in-retrospect, incorrect overview of a document. Call it, armchair-generaling or monday-quarterbacking.

Aint going to educate a gaslighter.

As for the gear: US gave gear to ANA, ANA gave up, Taleb took gear, Taleb gave gear to Iran.
Not from Afghan units.
Your timeline does not even fit.
:D you are a joke. Most articles about the weapons transfer is "allegedly" the pictures really coincide more with the other reports saying it was surrendered equipment by Afghans forces crossing the Iranian border. Unless, you think Ford Rangers and Hummers are vital assets along with the armor.

Unless you can show me the actual transfer? Or maybe Iranian Military trucks loading the American equipment's from Afghanistan.

Replace the upbeat music with Dance of the Knights and it's a more accurate depiction.

Things are heating up in Panjshir.

Could be a flash point for Pakistan, China and India.

Pakistani Inter-Services Intelligence Director Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid has just arrived in Kabul.

ISI celebrating a 20 years long campaign coming to an end.

On a side note though, Pakistan is now looking for a backdoor entry into the Taliban regime. The aim of Faiz’s visit is to get the Haqqanis to revamp the Afghan army which is now in disarray.

Over 450 Taliban fighters were killed & at least 130 captured. The amount of cannon fodder Taliban leadership threw at Panjshir shows their growing frustration with the Resistance Forces.

The Afghan Resistance forces have captured the Salang district in Parwan province The Salang tunnel is a vital artery there. Khuwaja Ghar in Tahkar province was just liberated. Takhar province strategically borders both Panjshir province and Tajikistan. If they managed to secure the route from Panjshir to the border they can finally have a supply line.

Not only the Taliban have not been able to make any breakthrough in the Panjshir Valley (contrary to what their propaganda says), but they also have a big fight in their hands in several other provinces.

About Kabul:

Gunfire last night in Kabul was a power struggle between Taliban factions. Haqqani Network forces fought with Mullah Baradar forces. Mullah Baradar was reportedly injured & is receiving treatment in Pakistan.

And in other news:

Sources say the Panjshir Resistance Forces blew up a mountain in the Danah area after a (alleged) thousand Taliban fighters entered Panshjir and are now trapped inside the valley.

The Taliban are reportedly surrounded, their vehicles and equipment were left behind because of the mountain blast.

In other news, the Taliban announced they would delay the nomination of their government, according to previous statements it was supposed to be announced today. Sources told Reuters the announcement of a new government would be pushed back to the next week.

Guesses are it's going to be announced on 9/11.

And no, the peace accords passed in 2020 didn't imply handing Afghanistan to the Taliban.

"Struggle between Taliban factions". Gosh! Who saw that coming? Well, they had to fight somebody.
And they will all be very confident, having defeated the great satan.........so they must be truly mighty warriors....

I have a lot of issues about things that happened in Afghanistan, but lets face some facts, guys like this were killed by the boat load by American and NATO forces in Afghanistan, creating something akin to pseudo stability in the region. Now someone else will have to kill them.

And security on our own streets as well.

If theres no way to fight the west in afghanistan, they may decide to stay at home and fight.....

To me that was one of the major reasons we had boots on the ground.... and now we dont....
