Photos Afghan Armed Forces (Prior to 2021)

Maybe I'm too close to folks being stranded or Nationals wanting to escape from the taliban but just reading between the lines this may be the overland route the Americans are looking for. Pretty sure the new border hut & fencing will cost billions.
And will be bigger than Bagram lol.

***Warning Graphic***I think the American rifles given to the ANA & captured by the taliban have started turning on their new owners. You know what's about to happen.

I have posted this video few days ago

when I researched its origin there were basically two claims:

1 "A Rebel group in Panjshir acquires some weapons but not all of them are trained in safe weapon handling"

2 "Nearly the same video from a different site where they claim that the victim was the Taliban"

My Buds send me videos & pictures almost every day of stupid stuff some are morbid, some are vulgar & occasional funny. I take a lot of pics & videos, some good some not so good but sometimes I feel like I've got to record stuff to deal with it later rather than real time.

Even with the open skies legal agreement with the Iranians there is a brief moment when you clear their airspace that your asshole sorta unclenches.

This footage has been outed as a fake, the guys isn't being hung by the neck, he was being used to fly a flag during a celebration, you can see he is wearing a harness and waving in the long version of the vid. It's bad enough without spamming the fake crap

I think what's to blame primarily here is a drastically reduced sense of danger which is a common psychological issue plaguing anyone who has been exposed to violence for way too long. At some point people just stop caring about safety. I remember Putin mentioning that journalists shouldn't be allowed to spend more than 2 weeks in a warzone, or they will become a hazard for civil life as they stop paying attention to common everyday dangers and risks.

Tajikistan is part of the bigger game, it is Russia's backyard and member of military alliance formed by the Collective Security Treaty Organization, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Tajikistan hosts Russian military units and infrastructure in Central Asia. US aims to gain bigger foothold there and do same as it did on Russia's western borders like in Moldova and Ukraine and unsuccessfully in Belarus. China is not far from there too and by look of it is getting involved in Afghanistan.
In addition, at the beginning of June, there was a conflict with Kyrgyzstan due to the exclave lands. This move Tajikistan will make may receive political support from the USA.

The Taliban just announced that China will be their gateway to international markets along the One Belt One Road Initiative.

Which makes you wonder if Biden didn't made a deal with China to remove American troops from Afghanistan.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Maybe the "Big Guy" gets 20%?
