You are welcome. The mortar was not "borrowed" but standard, part of the original built. It was meant to fire WP to create artificial smoke to hide the vehicle when working under enemy fire.

Searching for Photos 99th Infantry Battalion (separate) US-Norwegians
Searching for Photos (all available) German KG-200
Last but not least - searching (very very important) crashed B-17 in Hattonville France (around Metz) Plane name Lady Jeanette
