I thought it was a sling strap to reduce strain on arm but now I am not sure. BTW the soldier with glasses has something similar in his left hand.

Before the outbreak of the civil war in Ukraine, some of them worked in a store, someone in a bank, someone taught children, worked in a hospital, held the position of a manager ...
