Saw that this afternoon on a dreary January day. Yeah should have stayed home instead.

Kidman and Banderas as a duo was actually thrilling on paper, when actually the movie was tedious, insipid. Erotica thriller, it had neither.

I could have just walked out of the cinema but I’m greedy like that so…

Somehow much better, than I remember it the first time. Combination of fresh perception, without the continuity expectations with the original, I guess.
Just sheer brilliance.

Watched Hunt For Red October again last night. A bit detached from reality, but always interesting.
