I also watched Lion of the Desert recently. I like to see if weapons used in military movies are period correct. In this case they weren't. Italian troops were using pretty much anything but Carcanos. No Bodeo revolvers - saw S&W revolvers that looked suspiciously like Spanish copies. No Carcanos but there was at least one Type 38 Japanese rifle and quite an assortment of Mausers.

But overall the plot was interesting.

Hadn't seen it in a while - just finished watching Braveheart again. Maybe not historically correct, but a great movie.

As often I introduced missus (read past this line your dirty minded people) to a new to her film: The Fugitive.

Welp; classic 1990s movie very well acted, with a plot she didn’t see coming beside towards the end and when Dr Kimble gets inside the disabled guy appartment finding troubling photos and evidence.

Also we watched a just released movie with Demi Moore and the daughter of Andie MacDowell who’s both an actress and Model btw.

“Substances”

Goodo if a bit weird and gory.

Paramount licensed out Star Trek to a production run by the Rodenberry estate, with the Nimoy estate. Heavy use of AI, massive callbacks.

Probably need to review about 50 years of Star Trek to understand this thing.
