In 1986-1987.Czechoslovakia win deal a lot of 5.56 bullets for Thai,China lost.I think Czechoslovakia send VZ-58 to Thai for this gift.

NOTE: Iraq did not field the Vz series weapons under Saddam.
I have seen only seen one photo (taken in the early-mid1980's) in which an Iraqi soldier is holding a Vz-58V. My guess, that it was shipped inside an OT-64 armored personnel carrier or OT-65 armored reconnaissance 'car' from Czechoslovakia.
