Very tense conversation (besides body language, both sides were speaking in Russian and sounded very stressed to boot) between Ukrainian President Zelenskiy and the veterans from "no capitulation movement" who set up a check point near the village of Zolotoe where the Russian and Ukrainian forces are supposed to withdraw 1km each from the front lines. During the heated discussion the president raised his voice lambasting an activist "Do you think I'm boob? I'm a president, I'm almost 42 years of age".

The new Ukrainian government is trying new things to at least try to establish a formal working cease-fire at minimum and to recover Russia's occupied Eastern regions of the country at maximum. Following the withdrawal of the Ukrainian armed forces from the village of Zolotoe, lightly armed police units took their place, obviously not in the trenches. So far, the conflict is moving into "Frozen" stage, but thing could unravel at any moment in time. The buffer zone existed between Russian and Ukrainian forces in 2015 following the end of "active" phase of fighting, but both sides began moving into the grey zone establishing new positions within hundreds of meters of each other in order to avoid high casualties from artillery and mortar fire. No guarantee, that this won't happen again.

Video dedicated to the 503rd Marines Battalion, one of the most elite units in the Ukrainian military despite its short history. Although, pretty much all of the credit has to go to Battalion commander, a former paratrooper from the Western Ukraine who leads a Russian-speaking unit. Not only he is an excellent combat officer, but a savvy media personality which in Ukrainian reality juts as important.

Yep a 50 ton lightly armed patrol boat is not a big tick in the right box for sure!
