23-year-old) Georgian volunteer soldier, his name was Giorgi Narmania - from the Georgian National Legion of the Ukrainian Army was killed in action near Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast.
Alexander Yermak. He was 21. He lived by doing what he thought was right which is why he volunteered to go fight. He told me that he wanted to protect his mom, his sisters, his little brother and his dad since they are in the Sumy oblast and were the first to experience the war with soldiers coming through their village on February 24th. He did not falter when they sent him to Bahkmut, instead he told me that he will be with his brothers in arms and fight by their side. He was extremely kind, caring and brave.
Commanders say that he has fallen but they are unable to retrieve his body so he is not officially declared dead.
